Kike Calvo - Travel Photography

Kike (pronounced Kee-Keh) Calvo is an award-winning photographer with National Geographic and storyteller with National Geographic Expeditions. He splits his time between Florida and Colombia and leads journeys through Colombia Photo Expeditions.

His project Little Explorer, Big World, formerly The Adventures of Pili, operates under The Safina Center which is dedicated to bringing education to remote and often inaccessible places. Many of their books are now being translated into endangered indigenous languages and distributed worldwide. 

Kike was the winner of the March 2024 Centurian photo contest and will be speaking to us on travel photography.
