This talk explores maximizing contact lens (CL) business potential. It addresses underutilization of contact lens discussions and offers strategies for proactive recommendations. This talk aims to provide tips on what the current global trends in CL business are, and will provide recommendations on how an ECP can establish strong bonds with their clients/patients to make them customers for life. The session also provides tips on how to introduce CL to a spectacle wearer and upgrade existing CL wearer.
