[Workshop] Preparing Accessible Camera Ready Materials for ACM Venues

This workshop will be provide guidance on how to produce digitally accessible camera ready materials (e.g., .tex, .doc, .pdf, etc.) for research publication. Attendees will learn when and why it is important to create accessible materials, as well as what tools and resources can be used to guide accessible material creation. There will also be time to ask questions about your materials to seasoned accessible document creators. This workshop will be especially useful for ASSETS 2026 authors and researchers who regularly publish in ACM venues generally.

A captioned video recording of the workshop will be sent to all registrants one week before the July 22 camera ready deadline.
